Friday Fhoughts, Folume 2

I did this last week. I’m doing it again. Could it be a trend? Stay tuned.

A few random Friday fhoughts:

Friday Fhoughts - BlackThe heat at work is now on 74 because I’m FREEZING. I hope the daffodils don’t give up and get all droopy. Heat will return (outside) soon!

I played my tambourines at choir this week. The entire group was impressed because I can indeed keep the beat on 2 and 4 (they as a group apparently cannot).

A writing class I was taking ended, but will be continued in a non-class form. YAY for that — Muse is so tickled. She’s been sooooo chatty since I started this class. That’s leading to some changes here on the ol’ blog. More to come on that, BUT if you’re a Sunday Song fan, you may want to visit here and click “Follow” or sign up for emailed posts.

Part of my weekend will be spent building my new bike. It’s adorbs, and mostly in one piece. I just need to add the seat, the handlebars, and the pedals, and connect the fender to the back (I may leave the front one off). Then I have to go to the store and buy a basket and a bell.

I stopped at the library this week to return a book that was due and pick up one that was on hold. I didn’t have time to browse so it was just in and out. I swear, I’ve felt off-balance since (need to browse the books….).

I shall re-balance by listening to awesome tunes. This one is calming to me, plus I love Latin. AND I’m in the running to sing the first part of this song (before the harmonizing) as a SOLO in my choir.  … … WHO AM I?

I don’t go to church, people, but I love this song and it does wish people peace there a wee bit so… and so shall I.

Happy, peaceful weekend, people.

On Fridays, I have fhoughts. And that’s how Friday Fhoughts was born. A cross between two series I used to have (Random Thoughts Thursday and DSF Weekly Rewind), Friday Fhoughts is a smattering of random thoughts, connected in some way or not, with photos, music, and more. 1. I love this type of singing. It is absolutely calming, so thank you for that.
And way to go on the tambourines!
Have a wonderful weekend, Miss T

  2. I cannot imagine riding an adorable bike here, I’d have to drive my adorable bike to a safer location. Here, if I leave my street, I’ll die, or at least end up in traction. Please enjoy your adorable bike on my behalf. Ding the bell a lot, I do love a nice ding.
I also need to browse the books. I’m all booked up though, can’t complain.
I am still wishing peace upon Mentor. I’ve known her three years and I’ve never seen her so tense. Perhaps I will share this song to her. Peace to you ❤

    1. I can’t imagine riding my adorable bike because of the hill I live on. I see some walking before the riding begins. I also see me not going very far to start..

I will ding in your honor, often.

I have many books sitting here saying, “READ ME!” I need to get the job where your job is to sit around reading books.

Poor Mentor. I hope she finds peace, too. I had a similar week (month, year) at my work. I’m surprised you can’t hear me deep breathing alllll the way over there. Hope the song helps her if you do share. The past few songs I’ve shared (on Friday and Sunday) have been quite peaceful… there’s a theme — How To Survive Work.

    1. Hmmmmmmmm. Eeeeeeenteresting final thought there, Kathleen… This may be the new incarnation… hmmmmmmmm (brain clicking, working, churning…). I mean, I did do it two whole weeks in a row now! 😉

I know, right? I did leave with the one book, but it was waiting for me as I’d put in on hold. I just hope all the other books aren’t all sad because I couldn’t stop to meet them all.
