Share Your World: Seven

Some weeks (on Mondays or Tuesdays), I shall participate in Share Your World, a weekly blog challenge some of the cool kids I know take part in. There’s no Movie Monday this week so I shall do it today! This is installment numero Seven.

What was the last URL that you bookmarked or saved?

I don’t remember exactly, and I’m not at my usual computer to check, but it was something about Vermont as I’m planning a visit. Any suggestions?

Do you believe in the afterlife? Reincarnation?

I don’t think my dead relatives are waiting for me wherever it is some people think they go, and I don’t think I could return to this plane as a frog or something. I think each spirit lives on, in spirit form (whatever that really is), in some realm that I can’t even begin to describe, let alone comprehend.

If you were or are a writer do you prefer writing short stories, poems or novels?

I am a writer and I like writing shorter works of creative nonfiction. I’ve been trying to do some flash fiction (again, short works). As for long works, I have two books I’ve been doing/wanted to do, like, forever. I’ll have to think of it as a bunch of short stories pieced together, I think, for me to get either of them done.

What inspired you this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.

I saw a quote — I don’t remember where or to whom it’s attributed but it said not to manage your time, but to manage your attention. So obvious, but really hit me right upside the head this week.

I'm a writer who loves to laugh and smile. :-)
